About FareRx

At FareRx we believe that food is medicine. We have built a grocery delivery program that hand-delivers a complete menu of fresh and local food to members on a recurring basis. The menus are chef planned and dietician reviewed to maximize nutritional density and improve health outcomes, member satisfaction, and member retention. To date we have hand-delivered over 60,000 bags of groceries and counting.

FareRx works with health plans and employers to help them enable their members and employees to lead a healthier lifestyle. Our recurring weekly grocery deliveries contain a complete menu of fresh and local foods which are proven to have higher nutritional density than processed, packaged, or frozen meals. Our in-house Member Hospitality team of delivery drivers and member experience agents enable us to build relationships with members and employees that build an unparalleled connection to recipients that help increase satisfaction and retention.
