Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 6-8 kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
  • handful salad greens
  • squeeze of lemon, drizzle of olive oil

Method

    Arrange orange slices over the greens.

    Scatter olives and red onion on top.

    Dress with lemon and olive oil.
