Ingredients

  • 4 turkey meatballs, warmed and sliced
  • 1 large handful salad greens
  • 1 oz provolone
  • 1 small handful grape tomatoes, halved
  • drizzle of olive oil

Method

    Warm the meatballs through and drape the provolone over them to melt.

    Pile the greens in a bowl and scatter the halved tomatoes over them.
