Ingredients

  • 3 chicken skewers
  • 1 sweet potato, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, in chunks
  • 1 tsp butter, melted
  • lemon pepper
  • 1/2 lemon

Method

    Heat oven to 425 F.

    Toss sweet potato and pepper with melted butter and lemon pepper; 20-25 min.

  3. 03

    Add chicken skewers for the last 5-7 min to heat to 165 F.

    Squeeze lemon over the top.
