Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana, mashed (plus a few coins for topping)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 egg, beaten (use 1 egg for a double batch)
  • cinnamon, to taste

Method

    Heat the oven to 350F.

    Stir the oats, banana, milk, egg, and cinnamon together and pour into a small dish.

    Top with banana coins and bake 25-30 minutes until set.
